What are your particular clinical interests and why?

• My primary clinical interest is preventive medicine with an emphasis on improving long-term health outcomes, empowering patients, and reducing the burden of chronic disease.

What inspired you to pursue a career in family medicine?

• I was inspired to pursue a career in family medicine because it allows me to serve my community and build meaningful relationships with patients throughout different stage of their lives. I value the opportunity to help them overcome barriers to health so they can achieve better outcomes and improve their overall well-being.

Why did you choose the Community Based Family Medicine Residency program?

• This program has supportive residents and faculty who create a collaborative environment that fosters both personal and professional growth. I was also drawn to the program’s commitment to serving underserved communities, which aligns with my passion for improving access to care and addressing barriers to health.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of medicine?

• I love going on hikes, working out at the gym, playing board and video games, and cooking.
